China Finance KAB Holdings Limited is wholely owned by KAB International Holdings Limited.

Approved by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (HKSFC), China Finance KAB Holdings Limited has become the shareholder of KAB Asia Securities Limited. KAB Asia Securities Limited is now renamed as China Finance KAB Limited and holds Type 1 licence (Dealing in securities), a Type 2 licence (Dealing in futures contracts) and a Type 4 licence (Advising on securities) in HKSFC. China Finance KAB Holdings Limited has also set up China Finance KAB Asset Management Limited, which holds a Type 4 licence (Advising on securities) and a Type 9 licence (Asset management) in HKSFC.

The future development strategy of China Finance KAB Holdings Limited will cover several fields including securities, futures and asset management which focusing investment on local and global financial markets.
